At Coleman Gi LLC, we want you to love your jewellery. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund and return policy below.


  1. Returns

We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unworn and in its original condition

In the original packaging with tags (if applicable)

Accompanied by proof of purchase


  1. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

Custom or personalized orders

Sale or clearance items

Gift cards


  1. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.


  1. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at info@colemangillc.com.


  1. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for paying shipping costs for returning items. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without tracking.


  1. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or issue a refund at no additional cost.
